What to expect:

4 - 6 appointments, ideally one week apart

1.5 hour first appointment to identify goals, behavioural patterns, develop initial client plan and conduct first hypnotic session.

1 hour follow up appointments to review progress and client plan and conduct hypnotic sessions.​​

You will be provided with a recording of each hypnotic session to listen to between appointments.
